pictures of dr weil are always baffling because i can never see past the beard. that seems to be the focus of all photos. but he did lose over 100 lbs, proportionate to hsi body size etc. i think he's naturally "barrel-chested" and pretty tall, plus he's 60 or something, and most people get a bit fatter as they get to that age.

wow I think I need to get used to my hair, it was kind of spontaneous and very drastic... hehe you should have seen the way people were looking at me so strangely as we were walking to get the bus and had to pass by all the jocky basketball players at the gus macher tournament... hosers, really conjest the whole downtown... I would not expect any less though, I had a bit of a run in with some women that was with that tourney last year, I was getting coffee and well she was very rude to me and told me to get a proper haircut...
