Look at Israel's Knesset: a few major parties and all sorts of little ones squabbling until they have to form a fragile majority coalition, which leads to haggling, concessions, and blackmail, among other things. Then, when one party decides to quit, the whole government goes down.. I think I'll take Dalton McG. for now.
