What a long day...but nice...went to the fair again but there were so many people and it was hot n muggy...came home went for a bike ride to test my leg...so far so good although I still can't bend my knee to the fullest extent but I'm sure after a few more rides it'll be up to par...

Dang! I'm getting used to putting sunscreen on me all the time, even when I'm only out for 2 hours or so. I'm obsessive about it though, so I use spf 70.
