Well, I probably won't be sleeping with my friend because I like him and don't want to fall in love and ruin it. Plus I am really attached to my boyfriend and it would be really awkward and mean since we live together next door to him.

Sleeping with friends can be great. Sleeping with a friend who lives next door though sounds like it could get quite complicated and likely become an issue.
