I love my boyfriend but he his athsma has gotten bad lately and he never wants to have sex. That is just not right! I feel like he's not attracted to me anymore because we hang out like bros. That's fine but I'm too young to be getting it once a week.

Yea, I know what you mean about the inhaler not being sexy and making him feel weird. But you should attempt to find a roundabout way of bringing up the fact that he doesn't have to just use it during an attack. He can use it pre-emptively as well.
~ This may be forward, but.. on days when I just can't do much because of my asmtha and I still really want booty... I find that its alot easier for me to breath if we stick to positions where my torso is straight up. It allows for alot easier breathing through the diaphram and takes some of the pressure away from your ribs on your lungs.
