Landlord guy is checking every single reference we've put down. Looks like he could be a stickler, but thats cool. We'll take care of the place. I have my own lease stuff to take care of, as I have to break my 1 year lease to get out of the place I'm in....I'll lose some money, but that seems to be my M.O. lately.
