I guess I should update.
I always do when I'm this caffinated, and waiting for shit to print out.
Shit's good. I started playing with a Country band. They are really good. I was invited to fill in for 1 show, and now there's already three. I've only practiced with them 1 time as a band, so it's another challenge. I like those. I complain about it alot, but I do like the challenge.
This weekend will be different. No shows, but I'm heading out to the central valley to party with friends Saturday night. Get drunk in some bar in Tracy, CA and stay the night in a hotel. Not bad. Some of my best friends, so travelling to the middle of nowhere for a night of drinking with no driving sounds just fine.
Another of my bands has 2 AMAZING shows next week. Playing with Avail and the Draft is a pretty amazing opportunity. I love Hot Water Music alot....like alot, alot. I like the Draft too, even though Chuck is not there. They are doing well for themselves and I'm excited to see them again and maybe have a beer or 2 with the guys.
I think I'm gonna do some art soon. Like art-art, not 'graphic design for someone else that was half assed because they needed it in a day' kind of stuff.
