The way I see you-

You are one of the most fantastic human beings that I have ever met. Tho I have only been on this earth a little less than 21 years, I have learned many things during my time here. One of those things is to trust your heart, no matter what anyone else around you is trying to make you do, if you trust your true feelings all will be saved in the end. Dave, you were the one that taught me to trust my heart. You have taken my broken soul and nursed it back to health with your love and kindness. Your mother and father have done a magnificent job in raising you as the gentlemen that you are. You are so generous with everything that you own, you are modest on your out look on life and yourself. I have never met someone as caring as you are for perfect strangers. You would give the shirt off of your back if it made someone smile. You would sleep in the rain and give up your bed for someone that you love. You are a wonderful listener and you are so wise. At times you are shy, but you have no problem with me showing off the true blue you . Your family and friends come first on your list. The love for your family is at times overwhelming. I have almost forgotten that there are people out there who love and respect their parents as much as you do. And they return the love and respect to you ten fold! You have such a strong bond with your friends that has lasted your whole lifetime! The boys your grew up with are the boys you still, to this day, live around the corner from, go for rides with, hit the bars with, have campfires with...It is so amazing to see how strong of a connection you have with everyone that is in your life. You are, without a doubt, the most lovable, most handsome, most caring man in the entire world! There could never be an "Imitation Dave" they may have your truck, but they will never have your heart or personality!! Which brings me to your sense of humor! I must admit, I have known some funny people in my time, but, not one of them can compare to the level of humor that you and I have formed over the past two years. You can start a joke, I'll finish it and vice-versa. We love the same comedians, the same movies, the same music, the same out door activities, but most importantly, we both have the same passion about our future goals. Baby, I know we can make it through anything as long as we continue to keep our heads high and our goals in sight! I had a thought last night, why don't you and I sit down and set some goals for our future, whether for 'us' or for ourselves personally...What do you say?

Times will get tough, trust me, they mostly likely will seem unbearable at one time or another. But you and I can make it come hell or high water! We are so strong! When we put our minds to something, it WILL get done! Lack of communication will never be an issue for us seeing as you and I can and do talk about absolutely everything there is. There are no walls between us, no skeletons in our closet. You have gotten to know me completely over the years, as I you. And I have fallen in love with everything that you are.
You know how hard I have been trying to put into words my feelings for you. I hope I did an alright job...
