Its Almost The Weekend Again!!!
Wow, I've hit 9,000 comments here on SG, do ya think I'm gonna hit the big 10,000 before my bday on Nov. 11th?
Damn, these weeks sure fly by fast... alot faster than I would have expected them to considering I'm unemployed! But damn, so many things on the horizon the next 2 months... I'm gonna have to watch my money so that I can make sure I do everything... and there are still good shows popping up on top of what I already have planned. Needless to say, Mikey is gonna be busy for most weekends in October & November... and I'm definitely not saying this is a bad thing. Just sucks to have so much going on when I'm still unemployed... but I'm making sure I have fun while I can, cause I sure as hell know this aint gonna last forever!
But good news... had an interview today & it went amazing! I don't wanna say too much cause I don't want to jinx it... but I have this feeling in my gut that I'm gonna be back to work VERY soon... all good news! So keep sending me those good luck job getting vibes... its working!!!
Lets see... got a pretty eventful weekend coming up! I MIGHT go out to Columbus sometime Thursday evening / nite... may go see KITTIE @ Al Rosa, but I may NOT since I've seen em so many times, who knows! I need to drop some GWAR stuff off for NicoleLee, gonna try to see Lexie if I can... then afterwards I'm off to the confines of Richmond, Virginia! Still not sure if niceguydamon is coming with me or not, but I'm going solo either way... cause we gotta get Poe moved out to Columbus this weekend. I believe that whatshisnuts is gonna join up with us sometime on Friday... as well as collagenrock cause he has a van. We're staying at a cheap, ghetto ass Econo Lodge for the weekend, so it should be some good times. I'm gonna get to see some of my Virginia friends like my dear friend Tryst, possibly get to meet Zui, gonna try to hit up Taboo & see Grey & dragonflycq, and I'm of course calling the lovely neonangels to come hang out with us as well. And hopefully the awesome Boo & her friends will be able to make it out from NC, cause she's super rad! Anyways, to all those who are interested in hanging out, that includes you SG people in Virginia as well as the few Ohio guys that are coming out, hit me up thru my profile & I'll email you the addresses you will need. And most of ya have my cell #.... but if ya dont, just ask!
So the SG Pittsburgh hell-o-ween party on Oct. 23rd is only a week & a half away... still dont have a costume. I had an idea.... but decided to pass on it. I think I'm just gonna do something thats easy, cheap & will be comfy.... I'm thinking something scary like Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but I'm going costume shopping at one point or another, probly early next week, and maybe I'll find something that tickles my fancy. We'll see I guess!
Everybody go congratulate LilithVain, she's going on tour with the GENITORTURERS & will be part of their live show for their tour... isnt that just awesome? So now what does that mean? I will NOT be missing the Oct. 24th show @ the Emerson in Indy... no matter how tired I am from the Pittsburgh weekend. Those of you going to see the tour, make sure you say hello & introduce yrself to her... I know I will!
Lexie is super rad to talk to, hanging out with her more is definitely gonna be fun!
I need to upload the pics that are still on my cam... but damn I'm lazy sometimes! I know patch is waiting for a certain pic... but I'm just gonna make him wait!
