Shit Happens!!!
So I'm unemployed yet again, as of Monday actually, only the 2nd time since I was 16 that I don't currently have a job. I was unemployed from Nov. '02 thru Feb. '03. But, I was pretty much just laid off, no big deal really! Honestly, I didnt care for this job, I really wasn't into it, only reason I liked it was because of the pay. So in a way, this is a good thing! But, its alot easier dealing with being unemployment the 2nd time around! I mean it still sucks, but its not as bad as the 1st time I lost my job! But now I think I'm gonna look for a job that I can actually be into, we'll see! I filed for unemployment today, so at least I'll have some income coming in while I'm looking for a new job! But knowing me, I wont be out of a job for too long! I might chill out some for a bit, but no longer than a month or so. But, I've already started looking & have a few possibilities, we'll see though! Time will tell!!!
But on a good note, going to Pittsburgh this Friday with niceguydamon, we're just going out to see & hang out with SG peeps, should be fun. Looking forward to seeing Fleur, babygirl, DaddyX, kittie, ghoulish & of course norritt who is putting us up with a place to crash for the weekend, good times will be had! I think we're going to some drag show on Friday nite, should be interesting. We'll be out there on Friday nite by 8ish I'm guessing! Then Saturday, hanging out with babygirl & DaddyX during the day, then the lil drive-in get together that nite, also should be fun. Then back to Ohio on Sunday, and a stop on the way back in Columbus to see some of our peeps there. Should be fun!
Then the following weekend, niceguydamon and I are probably gonna make the trek out to Detroit for Kira's b-day...that should be fun as well. Hopefully maybe catch Tryst's band Rockbot, as I think they are supposed to be playing some shows in Michigan that weekend, we'll see though!
Then, Labor Day weekend, I think Poe is coming to visit. Another SG Columbus get together is in the works for the 4th I believe, should of course be fun, and its niceguydamon's bday weekend, we gotta do something fun!
And then finally after that, a weekend with no plans! Is that even possible?
