Busy Busy Busy!!!

Wow, so its only a few weeks into 2004 & I already know I'm gonna have alot on my plate this year. I can already tell its gonna be a busy year. And I'm glad!

So this Saturday is the 1st "Punk Nite Dayton" show. We'll see how that goes. It should be pretty good though. Looking forward to having doctashock and the sweet pixiehead out for the show. And anybody else who cares to come out for some punk rock!

I'll be hanging out doing some talking with the band F.B.S. as it looks I'm gonna be doing their booking for them. I found out that they got in touch with Squeaky of Girlush Figure inquiring about my booking / promoting abilities... and this is what she told them:

Hey there. This is Squeaky formally of the band Girlush Figure. I'm replying to your email as a reference to Mike Durian. Mike was Girlush Figure's booking agent 3 out of the 5 years the band existed. Mike was just as hard working as myself for Girlush Figure, I'm not just saying this becuase I would consider Mike a very close friend but I plan on doing business with him soon with my new project. Girlush Figure wouldnt have gotten to the point that we did without him. I hope you take advantage of his offerings as a booking agent. I know many bands that have been trying desperately for his business for years. If there are anymore questions, please email me. Thanks! Squeaky

And of course, there is my "Punk Nite" shows in Troy which I have a ton of stuff in mind to do this year. Alot of long term goals, but stuff I wanna see happen here in 2004. Some of these include: "Punk Nite merch... mainly t-shirts & pins. And then my "BIG" project as far as "Punk Nite" in concerned is... a "Punk Nite" compilation with bands past & present who have graced the stage at any of the "Punk Nite" shows! I have to figure out how I can fund doing this though. If anybody has any ideas, I'm open for suggestions! And everybody remember... Punk Nite 5 is Saturday March 27th... be there!!!

Also, myself & SG Tryst are working on putting together a Suicide Girls music comp. This will include SG's & Limbo Girls that are involved in music... in a band, have a solo project, pretty much anything involving music. Anyways, the response so far has been great! Right now, we're just trying to find all the SG's who are involved in music in one way or another, so if you know any, gimme a shout out! And I must say, I cant wait to see limbo girl Texas go up on the site. She is one of the coolest gals & super cute! And she's been in Limbo forever it seems. Please make her go up soon! I cant take it anymore!!!

I bought Freddy Vs. Jason on dvd yesterday, it rocks!!! It reminds me of when I took Girlush Figure to see it out on tour last summer. Good times!!!
