Christmas is a rockin' !!!
Wow... its Christmas! I still can't believe its here already. I mean yesterday was Christmas Eve... and I worked... and it totally didn't even feel like Christmas Eve. But, its good the holidays are finally here & will probably be over with sooner than we all think.
But Christmas has been nice so far! I slept in till around noon or so... very much needed! Especially considering this is my only day off work till Sunday.
But I dont mind it as the paycheck next week will definitely be worth it! My brother Steve & his wife Amber along with their son (my nephew) Alex came over around 1:30ish. They are all sleeping right now!!! But, we opened presents shortly after they got here. It was very nice & its feeling good spending time with the family. Especially seeing my adorable 3 week old nephew Alex. He's so precious!!!
Here's some of the stuff I got for X-Mas:
1. a black keyboard with added features
2. the nightmare on elm street 8 dvd collection
3. 100 cdr's for recording cd's / saving pictures
4. a pair of isotoner gloves
5. a new wallet
6. an oakland raiders hoodie
7. a new winter jacket
8. socks
9. a calculator
So all in all, I got everything that I wanted and / or needed. I'm happy!!!
Just about everybody is sleeping... but we're having a killer Christmas feast around 5:30 that I'm so looking forward to. My tummy is already rumblin.' Good times for sure!!!
I go back to work tommorrow... and have to work Saturday too. Oh well... I need the money. Another hectic work week next week too with the New Year falling on a Thursday. Its okay... as I need the extra cash! Not much else is new since I've been on the downlow just maxin' & relaxin' thru the holidays. I'll get back into the swing of things once the New Year hits. So thats pretty much it!!!
