So I'm gonna be turning 28 here in a few hours. Yup Yup... another b-day!!! So everybody at least wish me a good one! Damn I'm getting old!!!
I spent the weekend out in Baltimore,MD with my good friend Scott and it was such a great time. We left late Thursday & didnt get to Rita Mae's place till around 4:30am. I was so damn exhausted. We slept some... and Rita Mae brought us doughnuts & stuff. That rocked!!! We went to see my dear friend Colleen at work on Friday... and Rita Mae's mom too! That was cool! We came back & did some chillin. Then, lots of peeps showed up like Squeaky, Robbie, Waffles, Sammy, Kate among others. So good seeing everybody!!! Poor Baby practiced for their show on Saturday. Then some of them left! We went to Sammy's b-day party... it was okay! I felt like shit so that didnt help me any. We ended up leaving early as we all felt crappy & were super tired. We all went to sleep pretty early. Good nite's sleep so that rocked. Squeaky & her boyfriend Matt came over on Saturday... we hung out & went to Bob Evans for some good eats. We came back & chilled some more... then most of our peeps showed up. Everybody got ready for the show @ The Sidebar... we all headed out & I went with Squeaky & Matt. The Rockvilles opened... they were okay! Poor Baby played next... they rocked it! It might have been their last show.. not sure! This crappy band played... they sucked! And then an unexpected 4 song Girlush Figure set. Killer!!! It was the highlight of my night!!! They played "Circus Melody" "Ghost" "I Am You" + "Violent." It was a nice way for them to go out. I will miss them for sure! Then, headed back to Rita Mae's to get some sleep as we had to be up early for our drive back to Ohio on Sunday. It was most definitely a great weekend... so much so that we're contemplating going back to Baltimore this weekend. We shall see...
