So yeah... another weekend is coming to an end. Total bummer!!! Yeah, especially considering it was another very unproductive weekend for me. I ended up spending way too much time sleeping & on the internet (Suicide Girls site of course) & not enough time doing other stuff. Oh well... I guess thats how it goes sometimes!
I got to spend some time w/ my MOM who is the bomb! Yeah, we watched 8 Mile (Eminem movie) on Saturday night which was cool. Then, on Sunday we went to this flea market type place to look around. Very nice spending some quality time w/ her. And she actually brought up a good point to me which I found quite interesting. She said something along the lines that when / if I fall in LOVE... that I'm going to fall VERY passionately in LOVE. And she comes to this conclusion from how passionate I am w/ everything I've ever done. That includes music + the bands I support & alot of other stuff. And I actually TOTALLY agree with her on this one! Just found this quite interesting...
And so I found out about this SG Cedar Point Day this past week. Sounds like a blast & I'm so there! Yeah, I guess its Saturday July 12th. I'm hoping to get my dear friend TRYST out for this actually. So TRYST... when you read this.. I have alittle proposal for ya! Come visit me the weekend of July 12th! I think I can make a killer weekend out of this for us. Possibly a Legbone show on the 11th... the SG Cedar Point thing on the 12th... and then Lollapalooza on the 13th. Sure would make for a killer weekend. And I'll take care of all these tix for ya so u dont have to worry about not having money. Now just say you'll come out that weekend! Whaddya say??? I so miss ya & wanna see ya out here in Ohio in July! You promised ya know???
And Alisa.. if u still need a ride to the SG Cedar Point thing... I think I could hook ya up. But, we'd either need to head back to Columbus that night or super early the next day since I'll be going to Lollapalooza in Columbus on the 13th. Just let me know of course!
Not much else really! I picked me up some Metallica cd's that I had lost! And I got this demo in the mail from this rad ass gal I've been waiting to hear forever & the demo is the bomb. She's so talented & reminds me of a cross between like Mazzy Star + That Dog. Its good stuff. Also, I watched Jackass The Movie (hilarious) + Bring It On (cheerleading type movie that wasnt too bad). Other than that, I was either sleeping or here on the internet.
Its funny though... when I'm home I'm like always on the internet... but when I'm actually gone to a show or doing something actually... I have no desire at all to get on a computer. Not sure what this means though!

Yup Yup!!! SG Cedar Point day is on. And let me tell ya... when it comes to amusement parks & rides... I'm fearless! And I'm all about the roller coasters. Hell yeah! Yeah, last time I went to Cedar Point I was the only one in my entire family to ride the Magnum cause everbody else was too scared of it. It was the fastest roller coster for awhile there! But yeah, we are so riding all the roller coasters... and Cedar Point has a ton!!!
I'm excited as I'm gonna get to see TRYST in both June & July. Woo hoo!!
but man i so need to get a job first i'm going to tell them that i have a previous engagement that i can't break on those days and that there's no way i can back out of it. but i have to go out tomorrow if it doesn't rain too bad and get a waitress job right away. i need to make tips and fast. i just haven't worked in that field in a long time so i don't know where to start. i guess i'll just walk around and go down tho the arena district and the hotels that are downtown. cedar point is going to be so much fun!!! have you read about the masquerade ball thread on the hook-ups board? i'm really going to save up for that and i'm thinking about all the character i could dress up as.
