Well Well... the Memorial Day holiday has come & gone & it was awesome having 3 days away from work. Very nice!!! And hell... most of those days I spent either sleeping or just chillin' so I was all about that! I went to a local show on Friday night... but other than that, didnt really do a damn thing. Its rare for me to have free weekends nowadays so I gotta make sure I can enjoy them while I can.

So my brother is getting married on Aug. 2nd. I'm super excited & happy for him! And he's gonna be a daddy as well. And I guess they are saying a December baby! Very cool! So I'm gonna be an uncle!!! Uncle Mikey... I like the sound of that!!!

I have tons of other shit coming up in the upcoming months. I think I'm gonna end up going to Lollapalooza pretty much just to see The Distillers + The Donnnas. I havent been to a Lollapalooza in years so that will be cool. Also, I think Im gonna check out the Summer Sanitarium Tour w/ Metallica, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, The Deftones + Mudvayne. That should be one hell of a show & will probably be the last time I will ever see Metallica. I'm gonna see Joan Jett in August I'm hoping. Also, I'm taking my kick ass MOM to see the Dixie Chicks so that will be fun. Plus, Joan Osborne is opening & I just love her. That will be a good time as my MOM just totally rocks!!!

And then I'm on vacation from Aug. 4th - Aug. 24th in which I will be out on the road touring w/ a band I know. I do this just about every year so I know its gonna be a good time!!!

So looks as though summer is gonna be a busy one. I'm all for that & looking forward to all the good times!!!

And also... I'm looking forward to the day where I can have Voltaire, Tryst + Delirium as my 3 favorite Suicide Girls. I know this day will come eventually. Still anticipating the debuts of Tryst + Delirium...
