Talked to Jim the Program Director today. 
I've got the job for now. I've got about a week to go out and gather a bunch of audio to show that I understand my task and that I can get people to say the sort of things we need them to say for on air use.
So it should be fun, talking to random strangers, trying to get them to agree to spend 10 minutes with me talking about a radio station. *laugh*
It's kinda cool, being a paid member of the station now. I just hope that I can pull it off.
