I don't have any other outlet, as the person I'm talking about reads my LJ, so I'm just going to have to let all of this out here.
I've owned TK armor since my surprise party on the 24th of January. However, due to my work schedule, workout schedule and my friend Jason's schedule, we haven't been able to work on putting it together until this weekend.
So Friday, we put together -most- of the helmet, and put most of the velcro on the parts that need it.
Sunday , we set up an armor party where everyone who needed help could come and have the people who know what they're doing help them with their sets.
How much help did I receive? None. I was able to help a few friends with their stuff, but other than that, it was a wasted day for me.
So today, I asked Jason if I could come over to finish up, as I would really like to have the suit done by next Monday for the event with Timothy Zahn.
He agrees, and we set up a time for me to come over. That then changes to us going over to his fuck-buddy Stacy's house so we can also work on her costume, with Josh & Heather.
I get there, I find out that I've bought the wrong snaps, and that this isn't a time for us to work on my costume, it's time for them to fuck around and waste 3 hours while I beg for help.
So my armor is in the same state it was when I left Jason's house Friday night. Nothing has been done in the 6 hours on Sunday and 3 hours tonight.
Needless to say, I'm fucking pissed. There's no way that I'm going to be able to finish it by next week now, unless I give up all my gym time this week to go do it, and even then, I don't know if I'm going to get help.

What to do?
