I hope this transmission finds you well and good. And in love or otherwise occupied.
Okay, long story short. I was out sick for three days with the ill sore throat. However, it really helped me catch up on my movies. I saw:
Batman and Robin . . . which sucked, just like all my friends said.
Harry Potter I and II . . . fun as the first time.
A bunch of Sex and the City . . . which helped me get in touch with my inner Kim Cantrell.
Casablanca . . . which just gets better and better. I did fall asleep right after Sam played As Time Goes By for Mr. Rick but what the fuck I was in recovery.
I rented Some Like It Hot but got better before I got a chance to check it out.
Other than that its been quiet. I took a day and rested and now I am back on the stick - ran and did Pilates this morning, wrote a bit, and am getting ready to go to a wedding. This is a friend of the family type thing I met the bride once and the groom twice and Im not sure either would recognize me in an elevator. Cest la vie.
BG and I have finally made a decision its Athens for us. I am now fully geared up for the move. Hell yes! All you Kennesaw right-wingers can have this lame-ass ten-thousand acre mall and food court Im making tracks for the classic city. Last one out from under the yoke of southern oppression hit the lights.
So my mom and sis, ubershoppers both, call me before coffee this morning. What am I wearing to the wedding, they ask. I tell. They are not happy. Long story short they bought me a very hip thrift store suit and got it cleaned for me. No muss, no fuss. Im going to finish banging this out then go get geared. BG is gonna swoop me in about twenty minutes but I did want to say hey.

Cat Report: My mom came over and fawned all over Fresh this morning. It was so cute. She loves pets but cant really have one (allergies) and my and my sisters cats have become her grandcats. She is so cute with them you could just fucking die.
Factoid: I own a utilikilt but have yet to wear it out. I cant wait I am not much of a clothes horse but I really dig my kilt.

interestingly ehough, I did learn how to say I love you in German. I'm tying to teach it to the baby. most of his english sounds like german anyway. hehehe.
