today i found out my official pay rate (cha-ching!) and that i DO get to go to the manager's meeting!!
it's this HUGE 3 day event at the hilton near LAX that EVERY store manager (like 800) gets to attend. one day is full of classes, every night is open bar and mingling, and the last night is a big punk rock party where a surprise band plays. i think rancid played last year. i'm super excited but scared cause i don't know anyone.
sigh. someone asked me how i was doing and i said "tired.antsy.restless...and dare i say, happy?"
