Ok, this is my first blog on SG. I was chatting with a friend the other day, and she said one of the wisest things I have heard in some time. She is a very happy, outgoing person (my opposite in many ways), and I asked her about it. She said that the most important thing for her was that she chooses to be happy. I have thought about that a lot since, and applied it. So simple, but so right.
