ok guys...so today i woke up coughing up a fucking lung...so i decided to quit smoking!!! i went and bought the patch...cuz i don't think i can do it cold turkey!!! i'm already wigging out and i haven't even put the damn patch on yet!!! and fuck it was $39 for 7 patches...expensive!!! so hopefully this will work and i won't be too bitchy or SINCITYPUNK will kill me!!! lol wish me luck guys...cuz i need it!!! hope everyone's weekend is going well!!! love you all..xoxo!!!

I was going to also suggest some hard cardio work. You will get out of breath and it will remind you of why you're quitting. Good luck!
