So Battle Royale is still banned in America from any proper release. To anyone who hasnt seen it, it is very awesome and very ultraviolent. I wont go fully into what its about but Im assuming everyone who reads my blog is a cool cat so you probably are already in the know. I am a huge fan of the seires and its sequel as a matter of fact my first tattoo ever was a Wild 7 logo from the sequel. Anyway in Brittain and Europe they came with an uber collectors edition of it on Bluray and in typical fashion it is not available here states side. However thanks to Amzaon.Uk and Bluray players not having region codes I finally got mine today via the mail.
Kick ass.

Sidenote there is a 3D version of the film coming out and word around the campfire is that is Will get a stateside release. I remain skepitical but you never can tell.
