Another damn project meeting today; itll all be over soon.
I applied for an IT Consultant position today. Its sort of a contract-like thingits for an IT staffing company, but its full-time and pays $30 an hour. Im not sure how long the first project would last (an NT to 2003 migration), but Im sure Id get some more after that.
Im also considering a job in Roswell, New Mexico. $35-40K starting and the company will pay for moving expenses. Its too bad I cant afford to start to move, even if the company reimbursed me. They want someone right away, so I'd have to split a week or so after graduation. No time to save any money. Plus, its kind of a small town, and Id be leaving my current room mates without a third person to help with rent. Id probably end up paying rent there and rent here for several months. Plus, the aliens. I dont think Im going to investigate it any further.
Not a whole hell of a lot going onIm still waiting on my tone circuits. Damn you Seymour Duncan for taking so long to ship them!
