Half-way through the first week of my new job. I love it! It's incredible the sort of pay, benefits, perks, etc. that a huge company can provide. I don't believe I've found a downside yet, and I really hope that feeling continues. It's been a long time since I've felt like the company I'm working for is also working for me. I really want to go nuts for these guys. I'm still rolling my training wheels, though, so it'll be a little bit before I can do some real damage.

We do a lot of work with local and national charities as well - I subscribed to our internal volunteer newsletter and hope do participate in a few events soon.

Oh, and they have a snack machine in the kitchen. And did I mention that I got to run around a hanger with huge jets and engines and parts and tools and jets on Tuesday?
