Doing better, pretty much OK now... As cheesy as it is, I had written this for Taki.

Tiny and Fragile
Trying to mend the broken
Trying to play the angel
Trying to play the saviour
Trying to play God...

So casual these expirations can seem
When they are not met within your own hands...
unknown
unwarrented
unwanted
but...
what is inconceivable is..
inevitiable
unstopable
we...
breathe
conceive
...and try to reform
feelings
images
sounds
textures

But nothing materializes
nothing forms
nothing molds
grasping onto
fragments
slivers
splinters
grains
dust from which it came

In a last breathing moment,
you try and hear what is whispered in a breath...
Was it I love you?
Was it thank you?

Whatever it was, it was met with eyes

She wasn't alone
She wasn't alone

And that is where my comfort is.
That is what will hold a tiny paw pressed in my heart...

....

She was burried in the backyard and I placed printed mini pictures of most of the friends that spent a lot of time with her. Some orchids and wrapped her in lace...

Just took me a day to snap through it realising that she had a wonderful week full of love. If i hadn't taken her from where I found her on Thanksgiving, she would have died that night for sure. Cold and alone... at least her week here was full of love, lots of it... and warmth. And she didn't die alone and unwanted...

thats what i was saying.. she may not have lived very long, but after you found her, her life was full of love and attention and petting and climbing and playing. and as far as she knew, her life didnt need to go on because she got a lifetime of affection.

kiss
