And off Heavens bridges
we jumped. And through Hell
we caused such a disturbance.
But no afterworld could satisfy
my angel and I.
So that night, we built
a new future.

Across her pale skin I caressed
Our bodies danced to the trumpets of Gabriel.
Under silken sheets threaded by the ancients
Into the abyss of her eyes I fell
The nectar of every kiss I was drunk upon

The brightest flames burned.
our souls in the fury. Melting every
mortal fragment that kept us apart.
Soft lips bitten, nails clawing into flesh
sweat stung wounds, mind healed
