Something about knowing that I'm leaving a place makes me nostalgic for it before departure. Also makes me lazy. I have about an entire Studio Apartment's worth of crap to toss out, or give away, or pack and store in someone's place. And. I have not yet started. Also, I have not yet told my Leasing Office I'm leaving and would like to never pay...

The trouble with Chicago is that I had far far too much fun in it, and am sick now that I've got back home to LA as a result of too many fun things. Chicago exceeded all expectations for fun.

unaffected:
Hello there! smile

Well, independence always is our primary goal in life, but I think we have to have the guts to get to this stage by ourselves, especially in a different city. (Ok, I don't think my comment was much of a help, but oh well. whatever )

All I do is run tonight
Even twice as sweet but half as bright
I did not intend to impersonate a friend

If I didn't know my luck
Listen to the clock's last ticking tock
I shall ascend at last
Like a question never asked

Think him not so good natured
Oh no, not the slightest bit, quite the opposite
Because even though he would...

Being back in the rough, alone, is... tough. Admittedly. But there's certainly some semblance of satisfaction associated with it, for sure. But while waiting to take the brown line to Fullerton, I realized to the fullest extent how frantically confused we, as humanity, wander into the future, with great...
