pudding

this is the first time i have been able to sit in front of my computer in weeks! oh, the pain. the following are some excerpts from my journal to you an idea of how the trip and pro-longed hotel stay effected my fragile little mind.

"this is the kind of place where you would hear the phrase 'honey, water the ficus'."
"kitten died in essex, california."
"i've been making such newbie statements as 'the ocean is big.'"
"there are holes in the crotch of my pants, but i don't care that much."
"i miss my mom a lot but i think i miss casey most of all because he is really coming into his own as a person and i am missing out on it. i don't think i've ever told him how cool i think he is and how i couldn't imagine my life without him. but i think that somehow he just knows, because that's how casey rolls. he rolls deep."
"yell something random about grapefruit and then throw up a sufi and a shocker."

anyway, that is a brief summary of the last couple weeks. i found a beauty school that i want to go to, its in garden grove which is about twenty minutes away. a gate guard here at fort macarthur showed me how to feed squirrels. we are getting two cats on sunday, their names are sylvester and grey cat the pirate. i have my own bathroom for the first time in my life, it's like girly hell in there. it only took me a couple days to find a good radio station, KROQ. there will be more updates later.
