So I stopped taking my meds for a night..... I felt all good and proud of myself last night but this Morning I am feeling all jittery and kinda scared. Weird. Don't even know why really...... I'm going to go to my doctor this afternoon and yes that mean I kept my appointment I think I will go take that pill I was supposed to last night.
