I made a lovely minestrone today. And an equally lovely citrus-shallot vinaigrette. Oooo, so perfect for the warm weather. I love shallots. They're like onions only better. And now I shall eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream and watch The Adventures of Baron Munchausen. Yum, 'tis the season for lagers.
