Big changes...big big changes.
So i've been doing this shrink thing for depression. And so far i've had 3 sessions. I have a lot of feelings on this, but officaly for the first time in my life i was diagnosed with a learning disorder. Now i seriously fail to see how they have so many problems misdiagnosing kids.Cause they have such thourough and fool proof plan. You see the shrink answer his questions honestly. And than he gives you pills...pills and pills and pills. tells you in one week if you see the medicine affecting you in a positive way its good, if not its bad and you need another pill for another condition you may or may not have.
This is so fucking great in a society run by hypocondriacs throwing 30mg pills of AMPHETAMINE at 7 year old kids. Look aderall can not be doing any any form of good here. If you give anyone a powerful stimulant (adhd or not) in large doses (which 30mg for 7 year olds is overbored) of course people think there concentrating more. THERE ON METH FOR CHRIST SAKES.Heres an idea, next time johny can't sit still, lets just get a line of coke in him. You'd be amazed at the homework little johny is doing now! I'm sure there are cases who have just had dramaticly great changes in ther life in part due to adderall. But if this how we're diagnosing kids. A young child really is unaware of how drugs are affecting him, and may mistake that mild ephoria he's feeling lighting up his synopisis for being able to concentrate.
Ok i've rambled to long. I support the mental health field but in my mind i see then accomidating people who nessisairy might not need it. I mean this place is a hypocondriacs dream come true. On top of that i don't even want to imagine the numbers of kids who do need the help in here vs. the number of kids reciving help who don't need it.
But i'm doing good with my pills!
