Well it is the start of a new week and I am 6 days into my attempt to quit smoking. I have gotten over the 3 day hump which in the past I have failed in the attempt to quit. The patches are working and the cravings are almost non-existent. I am however having some really vivid dreams, which is something spectacular in themselves.
Enjoyed a nice drive around the roof of Australia yesterday. I decided as I need to put KM's on my car due to tax reasons I would check out a part of Australia that I have not seen before. For those who travel to Australia, a drive through the Kosciusko National Park is a must. I will put some photos up tonight.
The drive back was quite nice. A thunder storm was rolling in over Canberra and the light show was something else.
Any ways I must be back to work. Till next time

Thanks, I have gone past the point of wanting one. I walk passed the people outside my building here at work and the smell is terrible. Just the thought of having one makes me ill. I am hoping that I can give it up for good this time
