ooh! ooh! milestone time!
i just noticed that i hit 100 posts. actually, i noticed that i hit 101, but i just posted two things, so 100 came like 3 minutes ago. and i also noticed i joined the site in october 2002. and it is now october 2003. so basically i'm averaging one post every 3.65 days. but, as i said, i just posted two things, so check back in about a week, and i'll have something else to contribute.
in other news, this is week 7 of the nfl season, which means it is week 6 of my pot-free life. i quit smoking week 1, that's how i've been keeping track.
in other other news, i'm lonely and depressed. the one girl that showed mild interest in me now won't even talk to me. maybe i just got my hopes up, and she was never interested at all. i feel very frustrated and exhausted. although, i guess, none of that is really news, like i advertised at the start of this paragraph.
and finally, i saw kill bill again yesterday, and noticed one more inconsistency, to go with the one i noticed the first time. so for all you people (like me) that remind yourself of the character in the simpsons who calls out the lady who does the voices for itchy and scratchy about scratchy's ribs not producing the same notes when played like a xylophone (in the episode where homer does the voice of poochy), here goes...
1) in the scene where the bride is doing a voice over, and introducing o-ren's crew of henchmen, she starts by saying, "seated to o-ren's right, dressed like a villian from star trek, is sofie fatale, etc..." when, clearly, sofie is seated to o-ren's LEFT.
2) after the bride kills o-ren, there is a shot of her crossing o-ren's name off of her "death list five", and the name is written in black ink. however, in the scene where the bride is writing the list, she writes the names in red ink.
