Not as much as I'd like to. Ever since I injured my back in the Army it's been almost impossible for me to workout, which is insanely hard to deal with because I've always lived a very active life. I played football from the time I was 8 and started wrestling when I was 13 and did both all throughout junior high and high school, I used to run 10 miles a day, then hit the gym in the afternoon after getting off work but ever since I hurt my back I've been unable to do the things I used to. Whatever you do protect your back it's the worse thing to hurt and has completely changed my life for the worse.
