So my GF is gone for 6 months to Germany, I am so bummed, I wanna cry. We have only been dating since May 6, but the connection is awesome. She's in Germany to teach preschoolers english, but also to live anbd learn life, she just recently turned 18 and graduated HS. She is young but she is so mature and great. She's a longtime keeper. I love her soo much. One thing to look forward too is we are gonna go on a cruise in Jan with her grandparents, and possibly my parents. So I am excited about that, but it seems so far away. She gets home Dec 28. I already know what i am gonna get her for Xmas. I cant wait.

oh and yeah it's kool when girlfriends go away for months at a time. not really in your case though since you just started dating. that would prolly bum me out too if it was that soon. but yeah in long term relationships "me time" is key. so try and enjoy it for the time being.
