Was in the ER yesterday after opening my finger down to the bone, and when I was leaving some lady was ripping into the nurse because her son has been waiting an hour. Her son. No visible marks ( like the old lady waiting longer), no IV fluids ( like the 5 year old waiting longer), up and moving around without discomfort ( unlike almost everyone else). Middle of the day and he is in an ER?? Well I am sure the world is sorry that this lady didn't have more change for the parking meter but fuck off. I waited 2.5 hours for 5 fucking stitches quietly because I know I wasn't a priority. Maybe this kid should just man the fuck up and stop being a little bitch.
I know nurses are not infallible because I have met more than my share of cunts, however it is a job. They don't need that crap, anymore than we do from the ones that are bitter and suffering from a superiority complex.
