Helllllooooo SUNSHINE. Bout fucking time. Spent my Easter getting my flower gardens ready, gonna rock the sunflowers again. Trying to hook up some Lillies for the hanging baskets. This way when I wake up at dawn and look outside ( cause I leave my door open ) I will see lush green instead of the grey dusty hills. Step 2 is to re mix my potting soil since my seedlings are ready like NOW.... I am a wee bit of a procrastinator. Still I had the weekend off and I don't like to schedule shit for my days off. I like to go where the wind blows me. So tonight it's chicken ( didn't buy a turkey ) asparagus, brussel sproats with homeade 3 cheese sauce, and salad. No desert, because well I was too fucking lazy to think of one. And since its just me, I don't want to make anything big because I know I would just eat the whole thing within a week.
Although I have been dying to tackle Tiramisu for the second time. Got some really nice Caribbean rum I can use, since I know I will never drink it. LOL. Oh well, have great dinners one and all, be they ham, turkey, goose, lamb or vegan.
