It was a good weekend.

~Hung out with LunaCava
~Watched many cartoons.
~Watched some of Bumstock.
~Froze my ass off watching Bumstock.
~Drank about as many margaritas as was a good idea.
~Missed croquet because I was engaging in platonic friend hookup activities.
~Wished I had made croquet.
~Saw "Meet the Feebles" and was horribly disturbed but I must see it again.
~Successfully avoided this lame frat boy who is trying to "get all up in that" and despite his best efforts (and his James Dean poster) never will.
~Picked up a bunch of job aps which I will fill out as soon as I figure out where the hell I live and what my phone number is.
~Our friends got yelled at for going through the frisking line so many times.
~Kissed 2 girls.
~Gave a virgin a lapdance.
~Saw my friend's band 'Penny For Lucy' and they didn't suck, so YAY!
~Developed a mild crush on a very tall, dark haired stranger, and through my mad stalking abilities, I found his name, email address and web page, without ever talking to him.
~I now own Pokemon merchandise.

Haven't seen Meet the Feebles for years (in fact, I barely remember a few scenes from it..), but after seeing Dead*Alive for the first time recently thanks to a friend's awesome advice, I have a whole new respect for Peter Jackson. It's inspiring to know someone who directed that movie could be handed one of the biggest Hollywood triologies ever made.. and gives me hope that he'll bring some of his old style to the big screen to shock all the people that aren't aware of it sometime.

By the way, I'm hooked on Troma now. Not just the movies.. some of them are too insane to be considered as movies even wink - but the philopshy. Tons of respect for those guys.
