It's been a good, no great week. It was a darling friend's birthday on thursday and we did silly fun things... glow in the dark mini golf, dinner, bowling... lots of laughs.

Kind of in a dark mood right now though, so I am trying to pull myself out of it.

I did something funny to my arm during my first massage client and it is really quite sore now rendering me a whiny/pouty little girl...
OWWWWW! My army warmy hurtsy wurtsies!BOOOHOOO!

Next day... my arm is feeling sooo much better. Stretching and rubbing helped on this one. No massages to do today, just a body wrap and a foot treatment, easy day...

my weekend got off to a less than great start... unpleasant news at work on friday along with some high maintenence clients... but turned out to be a good time. off to a gay bar with lovely drag queens performing & nibbles afterwards on saturday. work, with wonderful clients, then dinner at my favorite restaurant on sunday. so let's see where the week takes us...

Ah, "Princess Bride" one of my favorites! I think that movie may have been the basis for my views about love. Forever the hopeful romantic, although slightly jaded.

I am an aromatherapist/reflexologist/hot ston therapist/esthetician. We were chatting about various client horror stoies & I said that I rub naked people all day (the family joke about my career... so many massages), to be fair he doesn't know the whole deal about what I do only that I do massage, and it got a little quiet & akward for a moment. Then this morning it hit me that he may think I do the "rub & tug" type of massage...hehe oops.

Another lovely day here in Ottawa, if the temperatures of hell are what you're into. It has been so humid lately that it's hard to muster up the will to leave the air conditioning. This weather makes it impossible to move at anything but a sail's pace.
