Yay for another two nights of anxiety attacks and paranoid panic. Good thing there aren't any really sharp objects around here (all my forks have corks glued to the sharp side).

Sorry the last two days sucked. I think the paranoia is the most maddening out of all of the things we go through. It's when I think my darkest, most irrational thoughts.

Have you decided about the meds yet? You should at least try them. Give it some thought. Please feel free to contact me anytime. Really. I was worried when your profile wasn't accessable. Do you really want to make someone prone to anxiety worrr? LOL. I hope not.
