So here is the official ruling from the landlords:
Both myself and my roommate are being let out of our lease.
They are searching for new tenants, and as soon as two are found, we will have had our last month here.
The roommate isn't happy, but the landlords have made their decision.

a) Watched Day After Tomorrow last night, and it was decent.
From the director of Independence Day, which is always a kick ass movie, so I was at least a little pleased. Worth the $5 seeing as how I probably would have rented it.
