So I will be living in one of the back apartments of our new fraternity complex with my good friend, hockey compadre, video game enemy and gravity bong master.. Mr. Ryan M.!

This year is going to be great. Honestly, I was thinking about some things and I have a new quote (courtesy of Batman Begins):

"Why do we fall? So we learn how to get back up."

The last two years of my life have been probably the worst. I know that sounds extreme, but emotionally, pyschologically and even physically, I have hated every second of having to live with my ex.

Now I will be moving in with my friends. Ironically I think my two worst years will be followed by my two best years.

I am trying to transfer to a M-F 9-5 job, which has hit some snags, but we're working on them.

I have to get some paperwork filled, but I will get that done.

Once things are worked out, I am going to be very excited. Spending alot more time with my SG friends, never having to drive drunk from Oakland to Shadyside, no more piece of shit whore (the ex), intramural hockey again (Team name idea? Puck Fatty), tailgaiting at Pitt football games, cookouts for Steeler games at my place, work and school, more hats!

More hats?

I went shopping yesterday (I love Marshall's) and I bought a new hat, among other things.

Actually my outfit yesterday was entirely made of up new cloths, save for the shoes. I wore it to see Batman Begins (incredible!) and I looked so thugged out. LOL.

Very nice and comfortable black slacks (I don't do jeans).
Phat Farm boxers (as if anyone was looking there).
A black t-shirt from Outkast's clothing line.
And finally.... drumroll please.....

A Homestead Grays hat!

Now this hat is awesome. Grey and white, with some simple logos on the front.

If anyone doesn't know who the Homestead Grays are, they were one of the most storied baseball teams in the history of the Negro Leagues.

I do not feel odd wearing the hat (Note: I'm actually white) because I feel extremely stong in regards to how racist our society was and still is. The Negro Leagues were an extremely important part of our history, something which I will teach my children about, whether they are interested in sports or not. It is a humanity issue.

Pirates hat I stole from Casey's last week.

I have a Penguins hat, but it's kind of ugly. I will probably donete it to charity.

Did I mention I bought a new wallet? The tag said $30! Awww yeah, Sean John!

Ok. Off to clean my room, think of dinner plans, watch a movie and other things of that nature.
