Sunday at 4:30pm I will be involved in the largest poker tournament of my life.
It isn't anything that you will see on ESPN or the Travel Channel, but it is huge for me.
I will be in the Sunday Million NL Holdem tournament. The buy-in is $200+$15, while $200 goes to the prize pool, they are guarenteing $1,000,000. A quick look over points to the winner getting nearly $190,000 and down to 225th place getting $1200.
There will probably be 1500+ in this tournament. I'm ready. I've placed 2nd out of 2112 before, and recently 7th out of 600+, so I feel that I can navigate the donkeys and bring home some money and get my poker career into full swing.
Anyways, Pirates game tonite. I wanted to take someone, but CF and I will go very soon, I promise. So, instead, I am treating my lovely mother to dinner and a ballgame. She is the best and we are going to have an awesome time. They are giving away free Homestead Grays ballcaps. I think the one my mom receieves, I can give to my little brother. I of course already have a HG hat, but you can never have too many.
