This television show is making me nervous.
It is called "Spying On Myself" on A&E and it revolves around people who want to confront someone or who want to talk to someone about an issue which they can't do themselves, so they go into disguise and confront the person that way.
It is just very, very odd.
I also saw an ad for a program called "Interventions". I obviously have interest in that, yet I don't know if I could watch it.
Hopefully I won't think hard about this. I am going to watch the rest, curl up with my poker book and slowly fall asleep.

Intervention can be interesting or boring, depending on the people on the episode and what their addiction is.
