ok, so this has nothing to do with certain people on my friends' list getting kicked off or going anonymous...
i think it might be time for me to leave the site. i kind of feel like i've gotten all i can out of the site, and that i've put all i can into the site. i think it might be time for me to move on.
right now i'm kind of only staying for the sfsg group and events, and a few others. if rick still has an account here, he can still let me know about the events and get-togethers...anyone outside of sf can contact me via emal or AIM, or phone, if they have my number.
nothing's written in stone yet, but i've been feeling kind of blah about being here. i'm just not as into it anymore. i rarely even look at the boards anymore, and i've been posting less and less in your journals.
we'll see...even if i do leave, nothing is necessarily forever...
update: i'm still here 'til at least august, peeps. anything can happen between now and then. besides, it's not like i'm dying, or being wiped off the face of the internet forever.
i also shouldn't say that it's not entirely due to friends being kicked off. i'd been feeling kind of 'done' with the site before that, but the fact that a loyal member can be stabbed in the back by a bratty 19-year-old- who wouldn't be who she was, or in this position of 'psuedo-power, if it wasn't for this member- for no good reason other than 'because she can,' makes me think that perhaps my money is better spent elsewhere.
