Hey everyone!!! It's been a while since I've written a blog on here so I figured I'd type up a little something while I'm at the gym.
My set HARLEY HIJINKS has been in member review for a little over a month now, and if you haven't checked it out, please do and let me know what you think. ♡
I was really nervous leading up to the debut. You never know what people are going to think, and I am so grateful for how the set has been received so far. It can be pretty intimidating to put yourself out there for the first time, but it's all about letting go and doing what you love, and this is truly what I love.
I still owe so much gratitude to my photographer @twist3d for making it all happen. He was wonderful to shoot with and put up with me and my awkwardness (and infinite bad puns because that's my favorite way to break the ice). And to all of you for supporting me along the way and always encouraging me to keep moving forward. Thank you! ♡
My month has otherwise mostly been searching for a new job and finding myself. Some days you wake up and realize not so much what makes you happy, but rather the negativity in your life that brings you down. So the theme of August has been cutting out the things that don't bring happiness any more and replacing them with... well, pizza and video games mostly, let's be honest.
On the gamer front, I've picked up Evolve and Dying Light this month. So far I've dived mostly into Evolve (I'm behind on gaming because I wait for price drops like a bitch), and it's fun as a shooter but the damn monster is so overpowered. It always wins. Like 8 out of 10. Or maybe I have sucky teams, but still... *shakes fist*
If you haven't seen the movie Focus with Will Smith and Margot Robbie, I also recommend checking that out. It really keeps you on your toes. And infinitely bothers me because they also play Deadshot and Harley Quinn in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie.
Well anywho, I'm doing that thing where I stand on a treadmill and stare at my phone instead of moving, so I'm going to close this off for now. If you have any gaming, movie, anime, etc recommendations, feel free to let me know! I'm always down for trying new things.
