I am going mad today. My connection is on the fritz (yes crappy 56k since they won't give me dsl unless I go with the more expensive phone company).
I am starting to wonder if it is my modem. I get booted loading a web page, then sometimes I get a win xp error about my modem then have to restart. It is hit or miss I have to bang this entry out since it goes any second.
On another note I am totally confused. I took the piss test for the stupid retail job that I really don't want but need the extra cash since freelance is HURTING at the moment. I am actually tired of doing graphics and I got an offer from a TV production house here in Deerfield for a 3 month internship. I can do more editing and post production and production there that is a big +. The down fall is it is clear across town from the other job I need to take for cash and if I can't get the 3 days off to do the internship there is no way I can travel back and forth (not having a car anymore).
So I can stay broke and do the internship and hope I get hired after 3 months (they say 1 out of 4 gets hired not written in stone though). Our just take the shitty job and save cash and try to find another internship or maybe ask them if I can do it later down the road.
It is hard trying to get into that filed that is the thing that is really bugging me and well it is all getting way too depressing. I will make up my mind by Friday I think. Grrrrrrrr
