I live in Florida home of the people that can't seem to get voting system straight ;-)
Well the point is I lost my voter's registration card when I moved to Germany. Now I am back and I need to vote against this trying to Ban Smoking in public and private work places. I just can't see me not being able to have a smoke with a beer at a club/bar etc etc. I know the peeps in California have to deal with it and I just can't do it. Especially in Florida to step out to smoke you are asking to be drenched in sweat. Humid isn't the word for our weather. Of course in Winter time I couldn't complain, but winter here doesn't last anywhere close to as long as other places.
So this Sat I shall hit the DMV where I first got the card and ask where to get a copy of mine. Such a pain but must be done. My friend doesn't think it will happed for tourist reasons, I said I am sure people where the law has hit have said the same thing.

everytime i travel out of state and go out to a restaurant, its always a shock the first time i hear someone ask me, "smoking or non?" my heart beats faster and i can't help but say, "ask me again."

I am not a hardcore smoker but when slammin vodka shots and drinking beer I enjoy my smokes. If I go out to eat I could care less since it seems my non smoker friends always win over what section we sit in
