I hate the way I think. I have always thought that what goes up, must come down eventually. That's how I tried to cope with bad news, I expected them. Slowly, that started evolving into expecting bad news right after I heard some good ones. That is where the problem lies. I have become so entangled in it that I can't enjoy good news anymore, or expect them, or want them. Right now, even if I enjoy something I find a way to not make it enjoyable.
