Thanks for all the feedback. . .but my brain hurts from all the being smart and writin' n shit. So to fit my new, less intellismart profile, some random thoughts by Noise:

-I like food.

-I like the Simpsons. . not Jessica or Ashlee though.

-I love driving.

-I used to play paintball a lot, but then i sold my equipment.

-I rrrrrrreally miss snowboarding.

-I'm broke. Don't like that.

-I do like Stevie Wonder

-I can see a rubber ducky over there

-Many times, when i'm by myself, i find myself babling incoherently.

-Many times, when there are other people around, i find myself babling incoherently.

-I asked (psuedo-forced) my "seeing" friend to teach me how to see what she sees once. It kinda worked but i feel like i need more guidance. I do however have something else i do, sorta empathic but very different. It's weird because i have no control over it. Sometimes i can go a long time without getting something from someone. Other times i dont realize till afterwards that i'm getting it because it's a low steady flow. Other times i'm completely bombarded with it from everyone around me, to the point of overwhelming me and rendering me speachless due to information overload. I can't really explain what it is that i get, but i'll do my best some other time.

- love ferrets!

-I hate the red sox and the patriots.

-My roommate's cat is Dude. he's sick, but on antibiotics

-I have really sloppy handwriting.

-I draw sometimes and everyone loves my drawings but i think they suck.

-Dancing is fun

-So is playing music. . or at least it's supposed to be.

-I hate's when, sign's and ad's got improper grammer, spellink, punctuation; or apostrophe's. Especially Their There They're Your You're yours and THERE IS NO WORD "Your's" unless you're saying "your is," which makes no sense grammatically anyway.

-I hate Martin Gramatica, he sucks and so does Bill.

-I had a friend in college named Rich. He was a genius and had an obsession with robots and becoming imortal.

-I have an excellent sense of vision

-Ditto on my aural abilities

-As good as i can hear, i dont pay attention very much and "don't hear" what anyone says.

-I like talking in circles. It drives people crazy.

-I'm bored, can ya tell?

-My roommate and rick are watching Beyond the Re-Animator.

-I cook like a mothafucka. I surprise myself sometimes, which is funny because i'm a cocky motherfucker to begin with biggrin

-I dont eat fast food

-I stopped doing drugs because they bore me. Did crack and ron (no needles) without getting hooked too. Whenever an addiction councelor type person says something about "Blah blah everyone i've ever met was addiceted to crack/heroin on the first try." I aways make sure i tell them that neither thrilled me the few times i tried each (not that i disliked them). They dont like when i say that because i'm usually contradicting them in front of a group of people who shouldn't be told stuff like that.

-I can smoke for a few years and then quit when i get bored with it without a single craving or nic fit. I used to quit whenever my friends were trying to quit because it drove them nuts and i get off on that shit

-I'm all for eating meat. I think a lot of vegans might change their minds if they were in a position where the only way for them to survive was to catch a fish or kill an animal. I also think a lot less meat eaters would eat meat if they were force to kill, gut, and clean their own animals for dinner. Me, i'm kinda pissed that i dont get to kill, gut, and clean all the animals i eat. Thats life in the city though.

-I spoke both italian and english when i was first learning to speak. Then we moved to Staten island and i spent less time with my grandmother and lost most of my italian.

-I usually drink a cup of green tea at least every day.

-Dust is it's own antonym (think of its verb meanings)

-Peewee's Big Adventure is my alltime favorite movie everrrr

-I almost knocked John Waters down a flight of stairs once.

-Little kids bother me, and no they're not cute when they're "that age" and screaming in a public place. Shut that ear piercing runt up before i rip its little larynx out!

-Animals love me. Even "invisible" cats and attack dogs run up to me and show me love.

-my place has 16 foot ceilings.

-I love weapons.

-Far from being a pacifist, i do firmly believe that resorting to violence is a mark of a primitive-dull brain. Violence should only be used as a tool when all else has failed and you've been attacked first. Once you've been attacked i do believe in retaliating with extreme prejudice and malice until the initial attack you're for which you're retaliating seems like a mere mosquito bite. And even then, while employing the use of violence, do not let up on the psychological warfare.

-I'm a geek kiss tongue eeek wink biggrin robot skull miao!! bok ooo aaa oink EL SUICIDO LOCO EL SUICIDO LOCO ARRR!!! ARRR!!! ooo aaa ooo aaa

The way you describe your experiences with "seeing" totally reminds me of me. NO CONTROL in the beginning. Everyone has thier own gift that's unique and you have to find it yourself. Sometimes it comes too fast to interpret, and sometimes you can't get a thing no matter how hard you try.
In response to your problem finding books on the subject, keep looking for them. You're right though, there are so many wishy-washy bullshit books out there. I don't fit in with those new age wierdos either. Sylvia Browne is the only thing I've found that makes sense to me, plus her accounts of things are the closest to my own experiences. But her books may not be right for you either. Her guided meditations are excellent though. With anything you read, take whatever you can use and leave the rest. Make your own truth.
Definatly find your own spirituality, that is a kick-start you won't believe! Meet your spirit guide, and listen to what they tell you. Most likely, if you ask for help, they will help you. Mine gave me little weekly lessons. week 1 was clair-audience, week 2 was medical clairvoyance, week 3 was clair-sentience, etc... be patient. Also, whenever you feel something, or get info on someone, pay close attention to how your body feels. Probably your blood pressure will change, your body temp, and your breathing. Maybe also your head will feel lighter or heavier. Then later try to duplicate that body feeling, and practice often. You'll want to raise your vibration, so to speak, when you read for someone. When you are able to control the physical change, you'll be able to control what's happening better. Before you know it you'll be able to pinpoint exactly what you can do!

I hope that makes sense..... blush
